Ghosts of memory

Clarity, essence, luminosity and emotion all contribute to these images - these ghosts of memory. One cannot look at these dresses from the past and not wonder - where have they been, what lives have they led, who did they adorn and what did they hold? Lit from behind and in and out of focus they nod at memories both crystal clear and barely tangible.
