Tipping Point

This collection asks us to look at the instability, labor and fragility that lie beneath a polished surface. What may appear resolved is, actually, delicately balanced.  Even in the captured moment, the potential lingers, as forms are precariously perched, slightly misaligned, or on the verge of collapse. 

We become aware that balance is fleeting; stability can be gained but is never guaranteed. The viewers are invited to recognize the uncertainty, the impermanence, and ask: Will it all hold? For how long? And at what cost?

Unsettling questions persist even as we answer these — do we admire the surface without attending to what supports or sustains it? Do we care if it falls apart?  This work asks viewers to reckon with their tolerance for fragility and their complicity in valuing the appearance of coherence but not the labor required to maintain it.
